Since most of theptfe coating resins we process must be baked at relatively high temperatures, oven capacities become the limiting factor when large parts or quantities are considered. General Plastics has some of the largest ovens in the fluoropolymer coatings and ptfe coatings industry. We can process parts as large as 8' x 8' x 25' long weighing as much as 25 tons. In addition, we have automated coating equipment that enables us to process many parts at a time.
